  • Influenced by Influencers

    TV advertising is a thing of the past. Today, it is influencers who are having the biggest impact, especially among young people. Even politicians have recognised it. How does the Internet influence your opinions, decisions and lifestyle?

    Plan of activities:

    1. To get to know each other

    • "Video Message": an one minute greeting card (without any cuts), both schools: Deadline for uploading the video message: 03.12.18
    • "Word Challenge": Germans sends a list with 18 special German words to Croatia. Croatians try to pronounce it while taking a video or audio file. Croatians send a list with 28 special Croatian words to Germany. Germans try to pronounce it while taking a video or audio file. both schools: Deadline for sending the list: 07.12.18   Deadline for uploading the video/audio file: 21.12.18
    • Germans: "Questionnaire" about hobbies, kind of music,...  Deadline for sending the questionnaire: 14.12.18  Deadline for answering the questionnaire: 28.12.18
    • "Christmas Present": sending small parcel (with typical sweets etc. from Northern Germany). both schools: Deadline for sending: 07.12.18

    2. Working on the topic

    • Germans: "Dream Job Influencer": Germans upload a video. Croatians shall review it => use the "Forums" on Twinspace. Deadline for upload the video: 07.12.18   Deadline for the review: 21.12.18
    • Croatians: "Influencers and Me": to prepare a survey about Influencers und our students, for example: How many hours do you spend following your Youtube-Star? Does your Youtube-Star influence you? How? Why? Do you buy the clothes,... of your star? Becoming an Influencer - A Dream Job? What is your Dream Job?...  Deadline for sending the survey: 25.01.19  Deadline for answering the survey in both classes: 08.02.19   product: charts
    • Germans: "National & International Influencers": to prepare a questionnaire, that shall be answered while watching 3 typical German and 3 typical Croatian Influencers, for example: What are the differences and similarities between German and Croatian Influencers? Same types of persons? Do you understand the content of a German/Croatian Influencer-Video without understanding the language? Same/different contents? (about clothes, make-up, funny jokes,...) Same/different form of representation?     • Videoconference: "Live event" in Twinspace => discussion about our results
