Nowadays, the educational problems require the management of conflicts. Kindergartens effort to manage the new educational reality and students' diversity. The central priority of the organizations is SEL (Social and Emotional Learning), oriented to real or realistic situations. The core of this project, entitled "Happy School through SEL" is to create appropriate learning opportunities. The improvement of skills and adaptation of new methods will guide teaching staff to this direction. Nursery school teachers will have the opportunity to enrich their knowledge, through their participation. They will be informed about Emotional Intelligence and modernize their techniques, via collaboration. Using these strategies, they will take advantage of demanding situations in order to create an educational environment rich n stimuli, geared to the needs and interests of the preschoolers. Their ultimate goal is to build a positive climate through conflict management techniques.
