  • Chec with  chocolate glaze

     

     

     

    Ingredients

     

    4 eggs

    250 g flour

    200 g of sugar

    150 g butter

    6 tablespoons milk

    2 tablespoons of cocoa

    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

    1/2 vanilla sugar

    1 peak of salt

    2 chocolate tablets

     

    METHOD OF PREPARATION

     

    1. Prepare a tray and let go to the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees C. Brush the butter

    trays.

    2. In a bowl place the butter, sugar, eggs, salt, milk, baking powder, vanilla, lemon peel. Stir well

    with the mixer or a wooden spoon until the sugar melts (you can put powdered sugar). At the

    end, add the flour and slowly stir in the same way until a fluffy dough is obtained.

    3. Pour half of the composition into the tray, and in the other half put the cocoa and fill the tray

    so that the chest is in two colors.

    4. Place the tray in the hot oven, and when the chest is ready, remove it from the oven and let it

    cool.

    5. Meanwhile, prepare chocolate glaze, melt the two tablets with 2/3 tablespoons oil in

    bainmarie. The chocolate glaze is placed on the chec and allowed to cool completely. You can also add a few chocolate flakes for decoration.
