• Critical minds will be improved via short evaluations that students will present to their peers as drama/ productions/ work/ speech.
• Taking part in the MOT workshops in each visit will reinforce the pupils’ ability to become independent thinkers and problem solve.
• International teamwork will fulfil the goal of understanding intercultural differences since each person will make an effort to communicate with and listen to others of a different cultural background. 
• The planned visits to local companies will give students the tools to make sound choices regarding their future studies and will also give them an insight into what the working world is like. 
• By working on pre-arranged topics via social media, students will become aware that these social platforms can help them to include other students by collaboration, for example by answering joint surveys and working on collaborative Google docs. 
• The students will work in groups answering questions from a pre made quiz.
