Digital Minds, Two Countries and One Language. (DTO)

Today’s globalised digital world belongs to our students. In the future more than 50% of them will get the job which hasn’t been invented yet. Therefore, teachers are obliged to teach in a modern way. In a global digital world, where at least the 50% of our students will work in a new job that nowadays isn’t invented, teachers have the obligation to teach our students in a new way. Our students need to be prepared for the challenges of the XXI century. They need critical thinking skills , they need to know how to work in a team to provide new solutions and ideas, to be inventive and creative. In this project, our students will be able to work with students from different parts of Europe. Thanks to digital apps, students will exceed the distance between themselves. They will be able to communicate in order to work on shared tasks. To achieve the goals we will use a common Virtual Learning Environment in which, students from Poland and Spain, will work in the same virtual class and teachers will teach common curriculum. Teachers will interact with themselves and with the students by using common digital contents as if they were physically in the same classroom. Students will learn English in the XXI century way - in a virtual class. They will work in collaborative groups by shared activities and videoconferences. They will use English to be in touch with their partners.
