This project aims to connect all participants of an ERASMUS+ Project entitled "Life inclusive! European participation in labour and leisure for people with disabilities" which we have prepared with four other partners in UK, Latvia, France and Portugal. Participating schools are special ed. needs schools and inclusive schools. The project is dealing with transitional processes into the job market under inclusive perspective and possibilities of equity for people with disabilities in all aspects of after-school-life.
