”PDW package"
The package is paid for by each of the participants' own eTwinning National Service (NSS). This page tell you what is included, and what's not - and accordingly on your own expense.
Included:
- Attendance to the full PDW Program.
- Two hotel nights 6-7th and 7-8th of March 2018 in single rooms at Hotel CABINN Metro, very close to the Copenhagen CPH Airport, and also very close to the PDW conference venue Bella Center, Copenhagen
- All meals with beverages during the PDW; i.e. between the time of the official opening of the PDW at 16:15 on day #1 the 6th March, until included lunch (or lunch packets for early departures) at 12:30-13:30 on day #3 the 8th of March
- This also means breakfast at hotel two mornings, lunch at the conference venue, and dinner two evenings. Plus coffee/tea etc. during breaks
- Bus transportation from the hotel venue to the dinner venue in Copenhagen in the evening on day #2, and back again.
Also included, if you can make use of it:
- Full entrance fee to Denmark’s Learning Festival, the national annual two-days conference. PDW participants of course follow the dedicated eTwinning PDW program, but also attends some specially picked events from the program. There will be time to visit the big educational fair and exhibition which is an integrated part of the Learning Festival
- For early arrivals on day #1 meals at the conference venue is even included, if you go there to attend the Denmark’s Learning Festival program which opens at 08:00 in the morning.
Not included:
- Transfer from the Copenhagen CPH Airport to the hotel venue, Hotel Cabinn. 10 minutes’ taxi drive from the airport. Arrange by yourselves, upon arrival.
- No transfer arranged between the hotel and the PDW venue (Bella Center. It’s a short, pleasant walk of 12-14 minutes (1,1 km).
