The project aims at connecting students between different levels and stages of education ( age 13 - 15 ) to support them in the transition to secondary school. Based on the inputs provided by younger students and their teachers as regards open questions, doubts, uncertainties and fears they experience when facing the big step of their access to secondary school, first graders of the Italian and Lithuanian partner schools will try to provide tips which will be presented in a set of tools forming a Survival Kit, available in different languages.
