Photographs of nature with defined geometric shapes . Of course they are not landscapes, they are little things ( rocks, stones , parts of living beings ( parts of a plant , trunk of a tree, branch of a tree, a piece of fruit ,parts of a fish ...) or photographs of artificial objects that we see in our city, in our school , in our house. (windows, doors, slabs,books, calendars , balls, lampposts …) with clear geometric shapes in which students can measure elements: perimeter, surface, weight, height, diameter, radio, length...
The units to measure can be standard :cm, m ,km ... or original for pupils : 1,2,3..hands, 1,2,3...feet , steps ...)
