    DON'T ROLL YOUR TROUSER LEGS UP BEFORE THE RIVER:

    Once upon a time,on a very hot day ,when the sun was high above ;  a merchant and his assistant  were walking through the very dry land. in Konya which is a city in the centre of  Anatolia. They were thirsty and tired. Suddenly his assistant stopped and rolled his trouser legs up.He felt very thirsty,he put his hands over his eyebrowsbecause he wanted to see something in the distance.The merchant asked him why he  was rolling  them up.He said there was a river  in the distance.The merchants tried to see  if there was a river but there wasn't. He said 'Don't roll your trousers up before you see the river.It is too early. 

    THE QUILT WENT ,THE FIGHT FINISHED

    Once upon a time  on a very cold night Satırıst  Nasreddin Hodja  was sleeping in his bed.His wife woke him up .She said there was a fight outside.She was disturbed by the noise.She said 'Please go and calm the fıght down.' He didn't want to but he went out  covering hıs quilt around his body.While he was thrying to stop the fight,his quilt dropped,one of the fighters took it and dissappeared.Poor Hodja came home without his quilt. His wife asked him what the problem was. He said' My quilt  went away and the fight finished.'

    DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVERING

    One day Satırıst Nasreddin Hodja was invited for a dinner.It was a crowded dinner invitation. The guests were taken to the dinner hall one by one .Time passed,many people  came,ate dinner and went but he wasn't called to have dinner to the dining hall. He suddenly stood up and went home .He  put on his best clothes and his FUR COAT.When he went back to that house,they recognised him and said welcome to  the  dinner party.He was taken to  the dining hall. When he sat for  the dinner,he said 'The dinner is for you my fur coat,enjoy the dinner'.
