Disseminating the project and spreading the word also in our own countries

GREECE: 2/6/2018 ==>> We presented some of our Litter@sea collaborative actions at the 3rd students' conference in Kastoria! You can't imagine the positive feedback we received from the attendees! It was a great experience!

Portugal, 18th May 2018 - Teachers Lígia Oliveira and Cristina Arteiro and Team Penguin prepared and exhibition to showcase Litter@sea project among parents, other students and school staff.

Portugal, 7th June 2018 - We presented our project to our parents and families. We also premiered our rondo "Sweet & Sour". It was a huge success! We're very proud! :)

Portugal, 8th June 2018 - The school library promoted an exhibition about ocean acidification, global warming, etc. Teachers Isabel Ribeiro and Ilda Ribeiro explained those notions to the visitors. Teacher Manuela Correia was the guest speaker on a session dedicated to celebrating World Oceans Day. She spoke about plastic and how it's impacting marine life. She also gave some ideas on how we all can help because... little actions DO matter! In the end, we had a Skype call to learn about echinoderms. A full day!

Portugal, June 19th 2018 - Today, teacher Manuela Correia and Catarina Silva from the Desplastic group went to a primary school on a nearby town to do a workshop about plastic pollution. Children, aged 6 and 7, were very enthusiastic and responded beautifully to the proposed activities.

Desplastic group: "We want to 'deplastify' the world!"
