On 6th July 2018 we were fortunate enough to be present at the Climate Change Leadership Porto Summit 2018 with a group of students and listen to outstanding keynote speakers talking about the climate changes and the urgency of preserving the Alto Douro Port wine vineyards, UNESCO cultural heritage site, as they have been affected by climate changes.

We even had the privilege pf meeting Ms Irina Bokova personally.

We also witnessed the launching of the Porto Protocol which aims to involve the wine producers into a more sustainable form of agriculture. 

The speakers' photos were taken from the summit website and national media.
