The project intends:

To improve in pupils interest towards English sound by the means of music and lyrics of some of the Beatles songs:

• Hello, Goodbye
• Christmas time is here again/Here comes the sun
• All together now
• Love me do

 

Obiectives and aims:

To foster  collaborative skills

To create and share materials to illustrate the meaning of the lyrics with pictures, drawings, short videos

To introduce pupils to the use of simple webtools to create and share materials

 

Work procedure - Scheduling of the activities

November

Presentation of the classes: pictures, drawings, videoconference,

Pupils learn “Hello goodbye” and prepare a video/presentation/ebook or whatever to illustrate the lyrics

For each song learnt we’ll plan a videoconference to sing and laugh together

 

December

Pupils learn “Christmas time is here again” or “Here comes the sun” and prepare a video/presentation/ ebook or whatever to illustrate the lyrics

Ecard preparation for Christmas/New Year to share in a common Padlet

 

January-february

Pupils learn “Love me do” and prepare a video/presentation/ebook or whatever to illustrate the lyrics
