A Healthy Mind for a Modern World

The main focus of the project is related to the Erasmus target of "a more modern, dynamic, committed and professional environment inside the organisation: ready to integrate good practices and new methods into daily activities". Specifically this relates to using best practice from the partner schools to tackle issues in three areas that relate to all the partner schools concerning: 1) social inclusion 2) raising attainment for disadvantaged pupils 3) promoting mental wellbeing for all pupils This is an exciting and innovative project as it aims to bring together current best practice in teaching pedagogies in different European countries as a way of tackling issues that are current to all schools at the moment relating to the under-achievement of pupils from economically deprived backgrounds as well as the issues of integrating disparate groups of people into the school community.
