“Creating and developing your future” is an Erasmus+ project enabling the four European partner schools to develop a groundbreaking programme of skills-based entrepreneurship. Today's students require more than theoretical knowledge: they need to learn from on-the-job experts and test themselves to build their skill set and confidence levels. School is about preparing young people for the future, but orientation is usually done by teachers who have little orientation training or experience of work outside teaching. Most have never experienced a job selection process and rarely face the pressures of job insecurity. Our pioneering project looks to bridge the “orientation gap”.
