    Definition of the scientific profiles of the classes.

    a) all together, students prepare a questionnaire about « You and Science »

    b) The favorite ideas are organised in a poll (one for every country)

    Presentation of the school scientific curriculum in each country

    a) each country prepares a video (max 5')  including

    - interview of a student / a teacher / administrative staff

    - short guided visit of the science classes

    b) they can also post more photos + texts if they want to tell more about their school

     

    c) each country prepares a Kahoot about their video

    d) the Kahoots are played in the partners’ country.

    e) teachers send photos / videos / comments of the students (on Padlet) playing Kahoot

    December-March

    Interviews of scientists

    a) All together, students brainstorm the common questions they could ask all scientists, The questions will be used later for the actual interviews

     

    b) Each country chooses 8 scientific jobs

     

    c) team up :

    France uses 8 colours for their 8 jobs

    Spain uses 8 animals for their 8 jobs

    Portugal uses 8 fruits for their 8 jobs

    Romania uses 8 flowers for their 8 jobs

     

    In each country, teams are organised by choosing the job they prefer

    They have to team up with the  other countries. In order to do so, they need to « advertise » their groups (video / poster / photo montage etc ….) and to try to convince the others to join them, They have to choose a group who doesn't have the same job.

     

     

    d) once they have teamed up, they (in multinational teams) decide  on the questions to ask the scientists.

    e) the interviews are done in each country and the results (videos / written interviews) are published on TS

    each multinational team has to create :

    - a booklet

    Each product should mention the three jobs of the groups

    While they work, they have to inform / advise their partners.

    All the products are shown in an exhibition in the 3 schools.

    Assessment

    Students identify what they have liked most of the project and the main things they have learnt. We could also do a wordcloud at the end
