Postcards and posters exchange

  • Each school prepares from one to five postcards for each partner school. Postcards can be created by children (some pictures of landmarks in your city or country) or ready-made. Each postcard should include 3 sentences in your national language and English. The dedline for sending is 16th September, so every school gets them on time before the EDL celebration.

Postcards should include the following sentences in your first languages and English:

    1) Hello!

    2) Happy European Day of Languages!

    3) Greetings from ............!

    Voluntary activity:

If you wish you can exchange posters too. Your pupils can create a poster (A3 - size) presenting your city and country showing the landmarks and national symbols. You can exchange the posters together with postcards sending everything in one envelope.
