All pyramids are built with different food packaging coming from the different participating countries and collected since the beginning of the project.
It would also be a way to discover differents country food specialities.
Each pyramid will be then exposed in our schools as the symbol of our project !
At School we also learned that :
Our food is composed of :
- carbohydrates
- proteins
- fat
- vitamins
- water
- mineral salts
- Carbohydrates are the major component of cereals, potatoes, rice vegetables and fruits.

Proteins are commonly found in poultry, eggs, meat, fish, some whole grain and dairy products.
- Fats are mostly found in butter, oils, nuts and dairy products.
A balanced diet should bring an amount ranging from : 1900 Kcal to 2400 kcal
this amount depends on the age and the gender !
Each day our food should bring us an average of :
55% of carbohydrates / 30% of fat and 15% of proteins
The maximum dose of SALT per day must not exceed 6 grams !
As shown on the Food pyramid, a healthy eating involves :
Food high in salt and fat :

fats, spreads and oils :

small amount except fats from seeds and nuts that can be eaten as much as necessary !

meat eggs and fish :

1 serving a day
