MEETING REPORT
DAY 1, 06th December (SUNDAY)
Partners arrive in Izmir,Turkey and are welcomed by their hosts. Students meet their host families.
DAY 2, 07th December (MONDAY)
The partners were welcomed to Karsiyaka Ortaokulu school. A group of pupils performs a traditional folk dance.
They take a tour of the school and the Turkish pupils provide the partners with some information about the educational system and the facilities of the school. The partners attended students during their open classes on different subjects.
After lunch ,the students shows their performances,ritm groups and school choir.
The workshop “Dancing of the colour on water” involved the students and teachers to work in groups in order to create paintings on water. The paintings were later exihibited and self-evaluated. Students who attended the activity filled an assessment questionnaire of the activity.

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:
- To learn making EBRU
-To provide form of relationship by doing same thing at the same time.
- To learn someting from different culture
- To understand and cooperate eachother
-Try to express their feelings by drawings
ACTIVITY SUBJECT AND DESCRIPTION:
Every students and teachers(in a group or individually) make EBRU
Evaluation:
1.Did you like the activity? Why?/why not?
%100 students liked the activity and they thought that it was funny,enjoyable and interesting.
2.Which part do you like most?
Colours and Colouring the water and see the result.
3.What do you think about EBRU ART?
Creative,interesting,colourful,funny,amazing,abstract,great,relaxing,different,enjoyable and special.
DAY 3, 08th December (TUESDAY)
A history lesson was taken in a non-traditional environment. Partners and their hosts went on the educational tour in the ancient city of Ephesus- Sirince and Virgin Mary House. A lot of old signs and writings could be seen on this tour and the participants debated on this topic.
The students and the teachers were given the task to photograph examples of historical buildings and old letters. Students who attended the activity filled an assessment questionnaire of the activity.
NAME OF THE ACTIVITY: “Ancient cultural heritage and example of old letters”
ACTIVITY DATE:8th December,2015
PLACE: Lessons in non-traditional environments:Educational tour (Ephesus-Şirince-Virgin Mary House)
ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:
- To realise Life in history
- become more tolerant to history
-Provide a self-realization
-To realise what letters they used in actient times
ACTIVITY SUBJECT AND DESCRIPTION:
Students visit ancient cities and villages .They takes photos and make an album.
Evaluation
1.Did you like the educational tour? Why/why not?
All the students liked the tour.They thought It was interesting and impresive.

DAY 4, 09th December (WEDNESDAY)
The first workshop consisted in the presentation of the Ottoman letters by the hosts and later everybody was involved in the activity. Teachers and students tried to rewrite words using Ottoman letters on the Ebru style paintings they had already made.

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:
- To learn writing with Ottoman Letters
-To provide form of relationship by doing same thing at the same time.
- To learn someting from different culture
- To understand and cooperate eachother
ACTIVITY SUBJECT AND DESCRIPTION:
Every students and teachers write with Ottoman letters on Ebru paper
Evaluation:
1.Did you like the activity? Why?/why not?
%91 of students liked the activity .They though that it was interesting.
%9 of Students didn’t like the activity.They though that it didn’t look good on Ebru paper.
2.Which part do you like most?
Writing letters and the final Picture.
3.Are the Ottoman Letters difficult or easy?
%29 of students thought that Ottoman letters were easy

The second workshop – Every country had to draw a picture of children in their ethnic costumes . The drawings were later exhibited and commented upon.

ACTIVITY DATE:9th December,2015
PLACE: Karsıyaka Secondary School
ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:
- To draw folk costume
-To provide form of relationship by doing same thing at the same time.
- To learn someting from different culture
- To understand and cooperate eachother
-Try to make example of own your culture by drawings
ACTIVITY SUBJECT AND DESCRIPTION:
Every students and teachers(in a group or individually) draw two children in ethnic costume
Evaluation:
1.Did you like the activity? Why?/why not?
%100 of students liked the activity.They thought that it was exciting and a chance to Show their culture to other cultures
2.Which part do you like most?
Painting and the putting them together.
3.Tell about your culture with three words?

The third workshop- “ Decorations with letters and words”, teachers and students tried to write the old letters , other than in their own country. All the letters were cropped and sticked on the paper fir-tree in the school. Students filled an assessment questionnaire of the activity.

ACTIVITY SUBJECT AND DESCRIPTION:
Every students and teachers make decorations with all partners’ old letters
Evaluation:
1.Did you like the activity? Why?/why not?
%100 of students liked the activity they thought that it was interesting to work with students from different counties

%36 of students liked to put the letters on the tree.

DAY 5, 10th Nov (THURSDAY)
Educational tour in Izmir. The students and the teachers were given a form to complete. It reffered to the differences and the similarities between their city and the city life of Izmir.

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:
-Make observation of a city and city life from different culture
-To provide awareness of the differences and similarities between cities and city lives
-To realise common points and values
-To make connection and bridge between differences and similarities
ACTIVITY SUBJECT AND DESCRIPTION:
Students and teachers tour and observe the city of İzmir.
CONCLUSION:
Is it the first time to visit Turkey?

DAY 6, 11th December (FRIDAY)
Visiting the Mayor of Karsiyaka District Municipality
The children do sports activities and compete with each other.
After lunch project meeting started.
Topics related to the project meeting:
- Every partner should involve students with special needs, whenever it is possible to all activities of the project.
- When talking about the pedagogical manual, the Croatian partner suggested that everybody should follow the same pattern. The Romanian partner added that they had
made the manual and it took three weeks.
- There was a debate upon which method is the best when teaching the old letters.
- The partners agreed that different methods should be put together when they create this manual.( workshops, visiting museums, media, E-twinning, etc)
- The partners stressed on the idea of dissemination of the activities carried along the project and the ways that can be provided with.
- It was established the date for the next mobility in Poland (22nd-28th May 2016).
- The date for the mobility in Croatia will be established in Poland.

DAY 7, 12th December (SATURDAY)
During the day all the participants departed to their countries.
The Mobility to Turkey in the Eyes of Polish partners.
