English With Improving Students and Improving Teachers : This project is for students English teachers.We want to facilitate speaking ability.Teachers will be active in the field and compare EFL policies of different countries. They will share information about pre-decided topic for each month.Teachers will also be coaches of the students for using English actively. Students will talk about a topic each week.The videos of their speech will be loaded to twinspace and porject website. They will also take an English short play to the stage. We plan to increase both the success and the self-esteem of all participants.
