The project “Emotional intelligence as the key to child’s success” is realized within the framework of European Union program Erasmus+, K2 Action - strategic partnerships. The coordinator of the project is the kindergarten number 32 with integrative units from Konin in a partnership with the establishments from Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Northern Ireland, Portugal. The project is the answer for defined need of every target group of partner establishments: children, parents, local community. It let for defining common aims planned to be realized. Objective of the project is growth of emotional - social and intercultural competences of children in preschool and primary school age from partner countries by using innovative methods and work forms of the range of emotional intelligence development determined while realizing of the project.
