    We watched colleagues' presentations about their schools.
    We conversed in chat. 

     

    Activity: The word "water" in various languages

    We studied what "water" is called in different languages.
    We created, by way of the site tagul.com (tagul is now http://WordArt.com), clouds with the word "water" in different languages.

    We created videos of these cloudlets by way of the site stupeflix.com.

     

    Activity: Models of water molecule

    We studied the structure of the water molecule.
    We created models of molecules of water from paper, plasticine, textiles, sweets, and fruits.
    We learned to create and study virtual models of molecules by means of the site molview.org.
    We photographed the products of our activity, processed the images by way of the sites freeonlinephotoeditor.com,  befunky.com and created a video by way of the site stupeflix.com.

     

    Activity: Learning about water properties

    We studied properties of water, in manuals, books and movies.
    We did some experiments in which we noticed the properties of water.
    We made presentations and movies about water properties.
    We studied presentations created by our colleagues.
    We demonstrated and discussed different water properties at online meetings.

     

    Activity: The investigation of the biological role of water

    (Colegio Pio XII, Secondary School Ghimbav, Theoretical High School "Evrica")

    We studied articles and movies that describe the role and contents of water in different organisms .

    We created pictures, magazines (issuu.com), and presentations (PPT, PDF, emaze.com) about the role of water in living nature, about properties of water and living systems, about contents and the role of water in the human body, and about aquatic organisms and ecosystems.

     

    Activity: Photo Gallery: THE BEAUTY OF WATER

    We photographed water in various forms: rain, snow, ice, dew, and clouds.
    We created collages of these photos (befunky.com, photocollage.com).
    We presented a gallery of drawings on the theme "Water in nature" (stupeflix.com).

     

    Activity: Our water resources

    (Colegio Pio XII, Secondary School Ghimbav, Theoretical High School "Evrica", Napareuli public school)

    We studied resources of Earth’s water and resources of water in our countries.
    We made presentations about water resources.

    We used prezi.com and  worked together on the presentation "The Major Rivers of Our Countries". Each member of the project described the largest rivers in his country. Pupils from Evrica High School started by completing descriptions of the Dniester River and then handed the baton to the Secondary School Ghimbav, Romania. Students in Romania described the Danube River and sent the work to Colegio Pio, Spain. Students in Spain described the three largest rivers in their country: Tajo, Ebro and Guadalquivir. Students in Georgia completed the presentation with description of the rivers: Mtkvari, Aragvi, Inguri, Tskhenistskali and Rioni.
    Finally, we all studied the final presentation and learned interesting information about many rivers in Europe.

     

    Activity: World Wetlands Day

    Day of wetlands had been celebrated in the first time in our school. Pupils from 6th - 9th grades had talked about the wetlands of our country, had discputed the role of wetlands for humanity and the planet, had sung and had read the poems and fragments of stories about the wetlands and the waterfowl birds.
