Flavour and smell in our cups

My pupils are nine years old and have shown a great interest in the traditional beverages of Epirus, Greece. These beverages are still produced by old people to cope with colds and headaches, or just for invigoration and pleasure, and are made from plants which grow in Epirus, a region in Greece with reach vegetation. So, I feel like dealing with this subject, which I think is a subunit of an alternative diet model in the frame of “slow eating”. The target is the removal of the students from the habit of consuming whatever they find in the junk food restaurants and their orientation towards choosing and making on their own their drinks and food, making use of the local products.
