REUNIONS TRANSNATIONALES / TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS

FRANCE    06/11/2016 -11/11/2016

 

First project planning meeting was held in Mannevillette, France, in November.  All partner schools sent representatives to the meeting.  They arrived on Sunday 06/11 and left on Friday 11/11.

 

Monday : First, the children welcomed the guests in the playground with songs and flags. A small reception was organized indoor with the municipality, local president of the House of Europe, all the staff of the school and the Coordinator of European projects in our constituency.

 After,that all partners spent the end of the morning at school, visiting classes.    At lunchtime, everyone ate in the school canteen. We also had the visit of a journalist.

At the beginning of the afternoon, the mayor of the village invited all the people to the city hall for an official welcome by the authorities.

In the afternoon, there was an outdoor activity with one group of French children aimed to show the partners our hiking path  project.

 The end of the day was devoted to the project working meeting. All partners showed Power Point presentations of  their schools and countries. Then we voted to determine the final logo of the project.

In the evening all parners met for a diner in a restaurant.

 

Tuesday : 08/11, we began the morning with a working meeting in the school. Then, the partners experienced the orienteering games with the youngest children of the school.

At lunchtime, everyone ate in the school canteen.

The first part of the afternoon was an outdoor activity: golf with the 7/8 year-olds.

In the end of the afternoon, we worked on the project to agree plans and priorities for the months ahead. 

 

Wednesday : We started with the brain gym activities with children and after that, our guests practiced these techniques themselves.  Next, we worked on the program up to the next meeting: activities, supports, involvement of each school and pupils.

The lunch was at school. It was prepared by the parents, teachers, the colleagues from other schools and the municipality. Cyrille  Plate, an artist, who works in our school was also invited to the meeting.

During the afternoon, the group walked on a hiking trail in Etretat.

 

Thursday : Teachers from partner countries arrived at school at 11:30. We delt with any remaining administrative matters.

At lunchtime, everyone ate in the school canteen.

We finished the meeting by an outdoor ‘’orientaring’’ activities, with two groups of older children, in Beaurepaire. Another school was invited but they withdrew because of the weather.

We went back to school to say goodbye to all the staff.

We went together for the farewell dinner. Some of the deputies were with us.

Reorganization of:  LEARNING/TEACHING/TRAINING ACTIVITIES

2017, March 18 to 25 in Italy :  Polish, French and Icelandic will travel with children . At school from Monday 20/03 to Friday 24/03 – Travel on Saturday 18 or Sunday 19 (own organization), return on Saturday 25.

 The numbers of people in attendance still to be precise.

 

2017, October 30/09 to 07/10 in Poland : Italian, French and Icelandic will travel with children. At school from Monday 02/10 to Friday 06/10 – Travel on Saturday 30/09 or Sunday 01/10, return on Saturday 07/10.

 

2018, April  29/04 to 05/05/2018 in Iceland : Polish and Italian will travel with children. At school from 30/04/2018 to 04/05/2018 ; Travel on Saturday 28/04 or Sunday 29/04, return on Saturday 05/05

 

Reorganization of:  TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS

2017, May 21 to 27 in Hungary

2018, final in Paris.

 

The objectives of our partnership are explained : create a unifying event and training around an original and sporty approach. Each school will set up a walking trail around its premises (a permanent marked walking trail backed up with  a paper and digital presentation guide).

 

We decided

• The E.twinning space will be use to exchange the products, to inform the public. (Poland team manage it)
• An Acablog, a special website created in France for the schools (no advertising), Everyone could access to it. (French team will manage it).
• The 1rst newsletters will be manage by the French team : each country writes a peace for the paper.
• The photobook will be made by the French team.
• All partners will contact the tourist office for the implementation of the hiking path and work with sports associations.
• We will share traditional celebrations: photos, recipes. (documents on the twin space)
• For the end of the year, we make cards and send o the others.
• We will practice video conference on Etwinning.

Actions in December/January/February In each school

• Teachers organize sports activities in local sites.
• Children who will go to Italy prepare traditional games, they will present them during the meeting.
• Children who will go to Italy prepare a wellness activity who will be propose too.
• We work on the hiking path (history, science, geography) : In March, we will present the evolution of our work to the others.
• We’ll start to work on the flyer.
• We work on a questionnaire about the project for the children, the parents, the hierarchy the others colleagues. We prepare some questions about the satisfaction, the evolution…

 

The program in Italy

For the Children

• Welcome by the local authorities. + adults
• Presentation to hosting families.
• Presentation of the establishment.   + adults
• Participation in  class : half days with Italian students. Participation in school activities (mathematics, English, sport).
• Children take photos for the report.
• School Discovery Activity (orienteering), the city (guided tour) + adults
• Walking around the school. + adults
• Visit a kindergarten. + adults
• Presentation of a participatory-type session (wellness activities) by the students of each country
• Traditional Games presented by each country and implemented with children from the host school and the kids travelers.
• Networking with partners schools by internet for visual and voice exchange.
• Presentation by the host country of traditional dishes as part of work on health and nutrition. Workshops: kitchen and taste.
•  End of training activity (great game).

 

Adults

• Discover the education system.
• Observation in classes of math activities, languages, sports.

• Presentation of a working approach on cards for CO, opportunities for classroom adaptation, map reading.
• How to set up a virtual virtual international sports meeting, study of possible methods.
• Working  times.
