United in immigration
Educators in schools around Europe face a lot of challenges, among which there is also the integration of immigrants into the school system. Due to different reasons many immigrants face to early school leaving and lack of student engagement. The other part of the problem is not only the attitude of the native students towards immigrants, but also their attitude to their own school work.
The idea of the project is to work on two basic topics that can together lead to a common goal: to develop a safe and supportive school environment that will motivate all students to work hard to improve not only knowledge and skills, but first of all their study and career opportunities.
This collaborative project work will challenge traditional teaching methodologies and open up to more innovative methods that will give students competences and skills they need for study and life. Through the project the safe and supportive school environment will be created.
