Hello we want to introduce you our town Dobris.

 

Something from Děčín

Děčín is situated in the north of Bohemia on the river Labe. Germany is 10 kilometers far from Děčín. In our town there are about 50 000 people.

Decin's castle and its beautiful Rose Garden are situated on the rocks above the rivers Labe and Ploučnice. Fryderik Chopin composed the Decin´s waltz here.
In the centre there is a modern building of the Library. We can borrow new books here, in English language, too. It´s the place for reading, meeting people and doing workshops. From the Library there is an amazing view of the river Labe.

We have got a lot of sports centres for basketball, volleyball, icehockey and figure skating and a swimming pool for playing of water polo. There is a pool for divers - it is 6 metres deep. We can ride a bike and skate in our town - we have more bicycle paths in Děčín. Some of them are very long, like 10 km and longer. When you realized to visit them it will very nice an beautiful trip for the whole family. And we have got also a place for climbers: via ferrata.

We have the ZOO in Děčín, too. There is a Grizzly bear. Our school adopted a monkey Kotul veverovitý. Our class give 600 krowns every year.
