Choosing the Nobel Prizes to work on.
Transnational groups are formed. the students are given a list of Nobel Prize Winners from nationality different from theirs and are invited to choose the one they are more interested in. On the basis of their choices, some transnational groups are formed that
will work together and prepare a presentation about the Nobel Prize they have chosen.
AIMS
- Enlarge the students’ knowledge about Nobel Prize Winners in the world
- Enlarge the students’ knowledge about literature, science and other topics related to Nobel
Prizes
- Develop the students’ IT skills
- Develop the students’ ability to select reliable sources of information
- Develop the students' teamworking skills
- DEvelop the students' communication skills in the foreign language

WORK PROCESS
Students are divided into groups on a transnational level
They decide what Nobel Prize Winner they will work on.
They will use the official site of the Nobel Prize

They work together and create a timeline/video/ebook....
The work includes biographical details and also information, curiosities about the Prizes.
The students have to understand the reasons for the prize very well.
Each group publishes their work
All the tworks are shared
Each group has to analyse all the timelineworks in order to create questions
Each group exchange information with the others via video conference
All the students share their impressions about what they have learnt
