  • Here we write the tasks we all need to do in our project.

    INTRODUCTIONS

    • All partners prepare a presentation of their schools, cities and countries. They upload their presentations on the page 'Project partners'.
    • November 2016: 1st Transanational Meeting in Immingham, UK:
    • All partners presented their schools to the students of the English school and they set the tasks that would follow in the first year of the project.
    • The English school is assigned with the Facebook created for the purposes of the project. All the final products are uploaded on this page. The Greek school is responsible for the Twinspace. A diary of all activities and tasks accomplished or in progress are to be uploaded on Twinspace. All partners can participate in it by uploading their activities. Students are given accounts created by the schools so that to communicate.
    • The Polish school is responsible for the creation and function of the webpage of the project. All final product are also uploaded there. 
    • During our 1st meeting we also decided that all schools should prepare: a) a brochure with a map of their region with the most interesting places worth visiting. b) assign students with a job for the Travel Agency all students have to create. The jobs assigned are: Manager, Marketing Publicity, Financial Controller and Travel Agents. All students learnt the basics of a Travel Agency. An expert agent will visit the schools and teach the basic rules to the students. c) a logo contest will take place in all schools and in the end all schools will vote for the best in order to represent the project. d) all students from year 1 to year 6 will exchange letters.
    • February 2017: 1st short term teacher-students exchange in Greece
    • This 1st meeting will take place in Patra, Greece. The Greek school is responsible to host students and show the most interesting places in Patra in order for the guest teachers and students to learn the lifestyle and the traditions of the hosting country. They will also visit archaeological sites and participate in the carnival parade. The Greek school will be responsible for the costumes.
    • May 2017: 2nd Short-term teacher-students exchane in Jastrzebie-Zdroj, Poland.
    • Teachers and students visited the town and all the guest students were hosted by Polish families. All guests participated in activities and workshops designed by the Polish school. They also visited places of interest and historical places in Krakow and other places in Poland.
    • June 2017: 2nd Transnational Meeting in Doberlug-Kirhhain, Germany
    • This meeting took place in the end of June in the German school. The coordinating school (Spain) presented the results of the questionnaire which was given to the all teachers and students and concerned the 1st short term teacher-students exchnage that took place in Greece. The results were very good. Each participating school presented the models of the products to be sold in the first fair  that will take place in Germany in the end of November 2017. A competition for the best product to be sold will take place in all schools. The results will be sent to the co-ordinating school. All students of the participating schools will have a lesson on Graphic Design by an expert in order to create their own poster. The students will also create their own advertisement for the product to be sold. They will also continue exchanging letters.
    • November 2017: 3rd short term teacher-student exchange in Doberlug-Kirhhain, Germany
    • Teachers and students visited the town and all the guest studnts were hosted by German families. All guests participated in activities and workshops prepared by the German school. More particularly, the teachers and students took part in an artistic workshop creating their own Christmas decorations.They all visited the monastery in Doberlug-Kirhhain and they were taught how the monks used to write in manuscripts. they also visited Martin Luther's hometown and were given a tour aroubd the town and the museum. The teachers visited Dresden and together with the students went to Leipzig. Finally all participating schools took part in the 1st Fair and sold their products.
    • March 2018: 4th short term teacher-student exchange in Kenmare, Ireland
    • Teachers and students arrived in the town and the students were hosted by Irish families. They attended the school programme of the irish school and got the opportunity to see how the irish educational system works. All the students participated in the preparations of St. Patrick's Day  with several artfacts which they totally enjoyed. They also took part in the 2nd fair where they sold their products and promoted their countries' culture. Teachers worked on the project and planned the upcoming tasks. They also took part in a workshop about entrepreneurship conducted by a local businesswoman. Students and teachers were given a tour in a chocolate factory where they learned the secrets of making chocolate. They all attended a performance by the teachers and students of the isrish school with traditional music and dances. Finally, they all visited palces of interest in the area (Killarney, Mucross House, Beara Ring)
    • May 2018: 5th short term teacher-student exchange in Igualada, Spain
    • Teachers and students arrived in town and the students were taken in the families that would host them for the whole week of the visit. The students attended the programme of the Spanish school and got the opportunity to familiarise with spanish educational system. They took part in a sports day where both guest and host students palyed and competed in games and sports. The teachers worked on the Final Report and each partner was assigned with a task in order for all of us to work on it. They also set the tasks need to be done in the 3rd Tranasnational Meeting in Immingham, UK. Both students and teachers took part in a very interesting workshop about "Human Towers" and we all were familiarised with this spanish tradition. Then we all went to Barcelona and visited places of interest (Sagrada Familia, Park Guel, Camp Nou). In the following days we visisted two other towns, Villanova and Tarragona. It was a great opprtyunity to see these spanish towns, taste traditional food and learn the local history. Finally, all partner schools took part in the 3rd Fair where the sold their products.
    • June 2018: 3rd Transnational meeting in Immingham, UK
    • In the 3rd transnational meeting, the coordinators of each school analyzed the whole project and discussed and prepared the finalreport. All the questions were argued among all partners and when a final decision was reached, each question was written down. The dissemination team explained the updates on the Facebook group, website and Etwinning and reminded all the partners to include the website on the websites of all the schools in the partnership . The evaluation team provided the evaluations of the past visit and made  ageneral presentation of the results of the whole year. They presented the questionnaire of the whole project and the coordinator of each school filled them in. The results were analysed after the meeting and presented to all partners. We also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the project and the achieved results. Any problems the different countries had with the activities were discussed in order to avoid having the same problems in future projects. In this meeting, a Travel magazine promoting the countries included in the country using the students work was also presented. The teaching program of entrepreneruship at Primary school was finalised in this meeting, following the work done in previous meetings.
