What would we look like and what would the world be like 15 years from now?
The children try to picture themselves as well as the rest of the world in 2030.
As part of this activity the students imagine themselves in society as adults and try to comprehend their role as active citizens.
Teachers ask the children to take a journey into the future and imagine that 15 years have gone by. In the year 2030 how old are they? What do they look like? What is their home like? Who do they live with? What is their neighbourhood like? What do they do? Are they happy? What makes them happy? Are they afraid of something? What? What rights and values would they like to have safeguarded?”
