Digitization, STEAM and anti-bullying- accreditation Erasmus+

Our school, after scanning the needs of the institution at the level of the teaching staff, identified the students and their parents the following needs and challenges we are now facing when writing the application when the educational scenarios about the Covid pandemic as well as hypothetical risk situations in the next years of accreditation. Lack of intermediate and advanced digital skills . STEM skills and anti-bullying methods of the teaching staff identified in the "online school" in March-June 2020, when there is an acute need for structured courses for all levels of education, good transfers practices identified during job-shadowing and training internships. We want to develop in the next period these digital competences through the Erasmus + program, the transfer of good practices within the school community and development of language skills at an experienced level for most teachers.
