You Are What You Eat

In this project we aim to promote understanding the power of food in our health. Teenagers mostly consume junk food and snacks nowadays. They don’t prefer the healthy food that their parents offer. In our project we want to raise awareness about their eating habits, and to promote a healthy life. With The Covid- 19 pandemic period people realised how important it is to eat healthy and organic food in terms of being healthy and to protect against illnesses. With this project we want to promote a healthy lifestyle instead of eating junk food and snacks. Thus we will be able to protect ourselves against illnesses by improving our immune system. Students will collaborate and learn other countries healthy food and improve their knowledge about healthy food. Thus they will change their unhealthy eating habits.
