TURKISH BREAKFAST(REYHANLI)

  •       Hello I am Emine.This is my quick breakfast on weekdays.I usually have omelet,cheese,cucumber,tomatoes and some olives.

      Egg 180 Kcal,12.58 Protein

        We are İlayda and Eda.This is our breakfast.We generally eat traditional food at our breakfast.We have yoghurt with salt (we call it"tuzlu yogurth),skim-milk cheese ( we call it "çökelek"),some jam and olives.And we drink milk.

     Yoghurt 125 Kcal,10.25 Protein,3.50 Fat,3.60 Carbohydrate

                 I am Nida and this is my breakfast.I eat pastry with cheese,butter,jam,olives.I drink tea at breakfast.My mother make the pastry and it is my favourite.

      Pastry 225 Kcal,40.3 Carbohydrate,0.5 Protein,10.4 Fat

                 I am Mehmet Eren.I eat toast,boiled egg,cucumber and tomatoes.I don't like olives but I eat because my moyher always tell me that olive is healthy.

        Toast 201 Kcal,Boiled Egg 156 Kcal,12.58 Protein,1.2 Carbohydrate

                          We can try to have breakfast regularly but generally this is not possible.We generally have a quick breakfast.In fact our traditional breakfast has a very kind of food and they have too much calorie and nutritive value.We know some of them are not healthy but we like eating them :) We are waiting your thoughts curiously :)
