The Project is linked to an Accreditation Erasmus+ project in its first round, which we plan to extend after the current school year. Students will collaborate on different topics: coding, robotics, media literacy, well-being and nutrition, STEM.
Health education will be relevant as we also aim to promote healthy eating taking into account a sustainable and environmentally-friendly perspective. Additionally, we have planned to intertwine the project with a school project which is being implemented in parallel in the Spanish school called “Can I close the window?”. This project addresses the evaluation of strategies and the implementation of safety measures to improve ventilation indoors, which is particularly relevant in these times of pandemic. Therefore, through research and evaluation students will acquire the necessary skills to critically analyse factors affecting health and develop responsibility for their own personal health and well-being as part of their own choices and behaviours as well as the choices and circumstances of others.
