Twinspace accounts: 23/09/2016

1. Teachers create the Twinspace accounts
2. Teachers explain to their pupils how the twinspace works.
3. Pupils complete their profiles.

Teams creation: 30/09/2016

We will be working in teams, each team working on a different theme. Here are the themes you can choose to work on:

• THEME 1 - Politics (before and after war, for ex why did my country got into war?)
• THEME 2 - Propaganda
• THEME 3 - Famous battles
• THEME 4 - Famous soldiers and local soldiers (for the local soldiers, do a biography using local archives)
• THEME 5 - Uniforms, weapons
• THEME 6 - Life conditions in the front
• THEME 7 - Soldiers diaries
• THEME 8 - Hospitals, wounded, health
• THEME 9 - Camps and prisoners
• THEME 10 - Life in homefront, women
• THEME 11 - Children, school
• THEME 12 - Local facts (for ex, next to our school here in France, there were a lot of refugees from Belgium)
• THEME 13 - Results and consequences of war
• THEME 14 - Memory of war (celebrations, war monuments, etc.)

RULE: There can't be more than two or three pupils from the same country that work on the same theme.

1. Pupils: write down your first name, your last name and your country under the theme you want to work on.
