We have decided to create this project, aware of the importance of the achievement of Europe 2020 objectives (reducing school dropout rates below 10% and achieving a greater number of our students betting on higher education), to touch on: 1. - The European dimension of both institutions: through the European added value of our teachers’ training in order to get an international dimension of Kariston Koulu (Lahti-Finland) and Ceip Tierno Galván (Molina de Segura-Spain) and its objectives, methodology, activities and outcomes. 2. - The acquisition of new methods of teaching or tools with innovative approach, providing environments and experiences that will enable our students to acquire knowledge through interaction with peers and faculty from different backgrounds and geographic locations. 3. - European level professional networking which facilitates the possibility of learning in a changing world.
