10. Impact

  • On this page partners can share what was the impact of the project on their schools, on the students and teachers' skills/competences, or others.

    The project objectives were achieved, however there were some constraints caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The defined strategies were successful and well adapted to the project aims.

     

    Students

     

    This project had an impact on the students collaborating on it.

    • Development of key competences:
      • multilingual;
      • digital;
      • citizenship;
      • cultural awareness and expression.
    • Development/improvement of the following skills:
      • ICT; 
      • communication in English,
      • collaboration/team work;
      • creativity;
      • autonomy;
      • responsibility;
      • decision-making;
      • critical thinking.
    • Knowledge about esafety;
    • Recognize the importance of tackling disinformation;
    • Critical awareness of issues such as cyber-bullying and fake news.

     

    Teachers

     

    This project also had an impact on the teachers who collaborated on it.

    • Collaboration and communication were some of the main strengths pointed by the teachers, which fostered the creation of successful outcomes;
    • Improvement on ICT skills;
    • Knowledge about new resources and learning strategies;
    • Integration of active citizenship into the curriculum;
    • Motivation to keep working on further eTwinning projects.

     

    Schools

     

    "Disinformation - Im OUT!" also had an impact in the partners schools.

    • Development of openness and cooperation with schools from other countries;
    • Stronger relationships between students and teachers;
    • Strengthening the European dimension;
    • Motivating more teachers to collaborate on eTwinning projects;
    • Breaking down language barriers and developing digital skills
    • Thanks to the project, the worldview of teachers working at the school will also broaden, and the project will attract students from other classes to participate in new projects.
