Every month, the teachers will organize workshops and lectures for the students on the topics of online safety and digital and media literacy. They will also communicate with the partners in Europe and exchange experience. The students will acquire digital competence, improve the level of media literacy and become aware of the importance of the proper use of technology. Physical activity and mindfulness techniques will help them see the importance of physical activity and acquire the skills needed for coping with the stress the digital world brings. The students will gain knowledge by creating digital contents, as well as communicating, socializing and learning without technology. Their progress will be monitored by comparing the initial and final results to notice the changes in digital and media literacy and awareness of the importance of physical activity. Offline Day will encourage the students, parents and teachers to spend the day without technology.
