The project aims to confront and spread good practices of protection and recovery of the environmental and cultural heritage following natural events and emergencies, creating a cultural exchange between students from various Countries, through the comparison, in terms of research of similarities and differences, of the strategies used following emergencies (seismic events, landslides, floods, etc.) which, in some way, have influenced the ecological, historical and territorial aspects. All this is aimed at raising the awareness of the future generations regarding the protection of their natural and cultural heritage, for purposes of conservation, prevention and development.
To achieve this goal, the project aims to create a network of schools sensible to these issues and interested in contributing to the spread of the "Culture of Prevention" throughout Europe, especially if located in those Countries where natural disasters usually occur (such as Italy, Portugal, Greece and Iceland).
