Deniz Çetinkaya Çelik, the coordinator, is responsible for creating the main pages.

Before each activity starts, the coordinator will create the main page by sharing the information about the activity with the partners. Each partner will create a sub-page and share their students' activities within the specified time.

Each partner will be responsible for their school activities and sharing of products on twinspace in time.

The questions of the Kahoot quiz will be sent to the coordinator and the coordinator will prepare the test by combining the questions.

For the collaborative preparation of the ebook, the coordinator will add the partners and assigned students to the study.

For the book cover design survey, each partner will send the designs to the coordinator and the coordinator will prepare and share the google survey form.

Project evaluation questionnaire will be prepared by the coordinator. Each teacher will ensure participation by sharing the questionnaire with their students.

A whatsapp group will be created by the coordinator in order for the communication to be fast and effective. In addition to this, communication will be provided by mail, twinspace message and forum.
