Rules for Keeping our Pupils Safe
Throughout our e-Twinning projects it is important to remembβββββββer the simple rules of protecting our pupils from harm. If members wish to add to this list, please ββββββββββββββdo.
-
Shβββββββaβββββββre what you are doing in the project with parents / carers / guardians. You can create a `Visitor` login for them so that they can see what is being uploaded and shared.
-
Discuss with children, at their level, what is safe / unsafe to share online.
-
Photos and videos: βββββββ
-
Ensure that you have the permission of Parents / Carers / Guardians before uploading images in which pupils can be recognised
-
If no permission is given either omit these images or take a back view so that only the people in that school can recognise them
-
Never identify pupils by name in the images, whole class groups are best
