Authors' Club in a Digital World

The Authors' Club project is organized to enable students to follow a creative process with their European peers. The project stimulate them to imagine, think, do research, discuss and create a product collaboratively in the target language, which is English. To do this, the students will be encouraged to write a fictional short story series whose theme is based on cultural elements. The settings and the characters of the stories are expected to represent the countries of the participants. The students will do some research on traditions and cultural heritage during the writing process. While doing research, they will encounter a variety of traditions, beliefs and values. Thus, they will be informed about cultural diversity and appreciate it, which is the second aim of the project. The participants are expected to create a publishable e-book, videos, ppts, puzzles, pictures, quizzes using web 2 tools and online platforms such as zoom, story jumper, easypolls, joomag, animaker, prez
