ITALY - GREECE ( Rhodes) live meeting 08.03.2022

On March the 8th, Greece (Rodi) and Italy (Colle di Val d'Elsa) met live for the first time.

We had a nice meeting, whose theme, given the difficult times we are living at the moment, was peace. Peace is the only way students can truly exercise the right to education. There is no school, no childhood during war. We worked together in imagining the school of the future - which will be a school full of technology, green outside spaces, school trips, group activities, sports, and above all, peace.

And we eventually drew together the doves of peace. We had a great time and we hope there will be other meetings in the future!

Bonus: both our Principals took part in the event!

Italy - Hungary

We met after a period of quarantine for all of our classes, in Italy and Hungary. So, our meeting was more of a "welcome back" party than a lesson! We discussed the last step first (what we wanted to change in our schools), taking into consideration the results of the Menti. Then, we exchanged ideas about what we want in our ideal school.

The students told the partners their desires, then wrote them on the board. Here are the Italian wishes:
