Since the discovery of fire, grains, which are among the main food sources of us humans, have taken their place on our plates after going through various stages such as grinding, flour, dough, etc.
Also, when considered that our geography is one of the world's leading granaries, products made from dough vary greatly from region to region.
Through our project, firstly it is planned to be learned types of grains from past to present and processes of making bread, to be researched different types of bread in our regions (cornbread, wheat bread, etc.), to be searched out products made with dough and shared the informations about with the partners (according to usage area of it, patty, vermicelli, baklawa, etc.), to be practised examples of products made with dough both in our regions and other regions by peer learning at the cooking department in food and beverage services section in vocational and technical anatolian high school.
