    Being mindful means being aware of your thoughts, emotions, and how you're feeling both physically and mentally. Remember there is no “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel at any moment.

    1) Name your emotions
    An easy first step to practise your emotional intelligenge is naming your emotions.

    2) Watch video tutorials and read an article:

    Share your reactions and discuss the issue from your own perspective (Forum 3).

    What are the ways to master your emotions?
