For me, the best film in the world and in history of cinéma is SHINING directed by Stanley Kubrick by a Stephen King's Novel.
because Kubrick is a master of cinéma and he create a labyrintic story and play with cinéma langage. He use for the first time the steadycam wich is a system for carry camera without vibrations and you can run, take upstairs,... before we use travelling.
