U turizmu ključ uspjeha je staviti gosta u središte pozornosti. Rad s gostom važan je za organizaciju, djelatnike i zadovoljstvo samoga gosta. Zadovoljan gost podijelit će svoje zadovoljstvo i privući nove goste. S pomoću ovog projekta učenike treba obrazovati da shvate važnost pravilnog rada s gostima, kako se ophoditi s gostima na prijamnom odjelu hotela, te predstaviti hotelsko turističku ponudu. Ovaj projekt namijenjen je svima koji rade sa učenicima čija su zanimanja povezana sa turizmom i svojim planom i programom mogu se uklopiti u navedene aktivnosti. In tourism, the key to success is to put the guest in the spotlight. Working with the guest is important for the organization, staff and satisfaction of the guest. A satisfied guest will share their satisfaction and attract new guests. With the help of this project, students should be educated to understand the importance of proper work with guests, how to treat guests in the reception department of the hotel, and to present the hotel's tourist offer. This project is intended for everyone who works with students whose occupations are related to tourism and their curriculum can fit into these activities.
