The final product will be presented using the Wakelet platform and showing all the progress of the work and the acquisitions made together by all the partners using the TwinSpace.
This is the final product of our colaborative work. We hope we have achieved a message of hope to everybody with this project which joined us, from the wonderful poem of Antonio Gedeão. portuguese and croation students in the discovery of what matters is dreaming and acting, in order to get a better world,which makes us realize as human beings.
