This project aims to make students aware of the importance of healthy ways of life and emotional well-being. The students’ lifestyles will be our starting point because our goal is to make them acknowledge their reality and improve it in a conscious way. They will get in touch with eating and sleeping habits from students living in other regions/ countries and with different cultures, so that they can learn to respect them. They will share and compare experiences and customs and they can even make them their own if they consider them enriching. This will promote inclusiveness, critical thinking and make them open minded citizens. Getting to know and acquiring healthy lifestyles (eating and sleeping habits, plus physical exercise) are essential to achieve happiness and success.
