This project is about “Healthy Food and Sustainability”. In this project we want to address these issues. 1. Sustainability and healthy food: Students will be challenged to think about "healthy food for the future" . "How to feed the planet for the next generations" 2. Enterpreneurship: students will learn the commercial value of their healthy new food products. They must put up a “mini business” – also called “learning enterprise” - to sell their products. 3. Social skills, citizenship and the European Thought: Together they must make a “European Recipe Book for the Future”. 4.Teaching material: clil lessons.
