Be Happy!

This project intends to be a journey through reflexive thinking and positivity. What is happiness? What makes people happy? What makes you happy? These are questions that emerge from experiencing weeks/months of lockdown and lack of liberty to do what we please or are used to do. The pandemic brought important mental health issues to discussion. How do our students deal with this? How can we, teachers, help our pupils to cope with this experience? What do our children think about happiness? Do they value the small things we took for granted such as enjoying a stroll, going to the beach or park, meeting friends and relatives, going to school, ...? Anxiety can be a major obstacle to learning skills. If we, as teachers, can help students to focus on positive thinking we will all feel happier, which is everyone’s purpose.
